My Work, rebuilt around what needs you
My Work is rebuilt from the ground up, so it shows everything on your plate rather than only what is in a sprint. This release also makes it obvious when finished work is waiting for a deployment, speeds up sprint planning, and lets Work Items search find tasks.
My Work
Everything on your plate, in one place
The old page only showed work that was in a sprint, so anything else assigned to you was invisible there. The new page shows all of it, grouped by where it stands.
- Grouped by status, then by project: To do, In progress, In review, Testing and more, including work that is not in a sprint yet
- Pull requests waiting for your review sit alongside your own work, because they are what is holding someone else up
- Filter cards across the top, including Blocked, plus search, a project filter, and two views: Agenda, a list you read top to bottom, or Lanes, the same sections as columns side by side. Your filters, view and collapsed sections are remembered
- Click any item to open it in a panel on the right, with its details and the actions you can take
- SDMs see their own queue for the projects they run: story changes to review with a before and after view, drafts and decompositions to approve, and approved work nobody is assigned to
- The My Work item in the navigation shows how many things need you, in red when something is blocked, with a breakdown on hover
- See what you delivered this month from the header
- If a task is assigned to you, you can now estimate it yourself. Estimating a whole sprint stays with the SDM
Delivery
Finished work no longer looks stuck
A story held until a deployment to its QA or UAT environment kept its old status, so it looked stuck with every task done. Konductro now says why it is waiting.
- A blue “Waiting for QA deployment” or “Waiting for UAT deployment” badge appears beside the status on story and bug detail, Work Items, the delivery board and the My Work panel. The status itself does not change
- The story page explains the wait, names the environment, shows when it was last deployed to, and links straight to recording that deployment
- Recording a deployment to your QA or UAT environment lists the stories waiting for it, already selected
- The “skips QA” warning only appears when that is what will happen
- If your QA environment deploys on every merge, the merge now counts as the deployment
Sprints
Faster sprint planning, and a clearer active sprint
- Add all of a story’s tasks in one click, and search tasks by key or title while planning
- Accept all suggested estimates at once. If some fail to save, they are put back and you are told how many
- The active sprint card shows the days left, and turns red as “At risk” when three days or fewer remain and more than half the work has not started
- Update an active sprint’s goal from the card’s menu, with an optional suggested goal you can edit before saving
- Each stage tile on the sprint card lists its stories, with a link to each
- Sprints being planned are listed first, and opening an active sprint takes you to its board
Also in this release
Work Items search finds tasks
- Search by key or title now matches tasks, and bugs filed under a story. Each match shows as its own row, labelled with its story, and your filters and grouping still apply
