Questions, answered
How do the seat roles work?
You pay only for the people who actively plan or build. Planners shape the work (SDMs, architects, PMs, UX, admins). Contributors build and validate it (developers, testers). Everyone else — stakeholders, executives, clients — gets an unlimited free Viewer seat.
Are Viewer seats really free?
Yes. Add as many Viewers as you like at no charge. Stakeholders should be able to see the work without it costing you a seat.
What is the AI credit?
Every Planner seat includes a pooled monthly AI allowance, shared across your whole team rather than locked per-person. If you run out, one-click top-ups keep things moving. AI is metered transparently and shown in your dashboard.
What currency, and is there VAT?
Seat prices are in South African Rand. Konductro (Pty) Ltd is not currently a registered VAT vendor, so no VAT is added — the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I change seats later?
Yes — add or remove seats as your team changes. Standard is billed monthly with no lock-in.
How is Konductro different from a tracker like Jira or Linear?
Those track work that humans plan and update by hand. Konductro orchestrates it — AI drafts requirements, decomposes stories, and drives delivery from idea to production, with humans holding the judgment at each gate. It can replace your ticketing, but that is a by-product, not the pitch.
Isn’t this just an AI coding assistant?
Coding assistants help one developer write code in their editor. Konductro is the layer above them — it runs the whole delivery loop (planning, decomposition, review, QA) and feeds that context into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Amazon Q. They write the code; Konductro coordinates the work.
Is Konductro an agentic platform that replaces developers?
No — and that is deliberate. We are not building autonomous agents that burn tokens trying to replace your team. Konductro keeps humans in control of the decisions that matter — intent, architecture, review, sign-off — and lets AI carry the volume in between. It works with the tools your developers already use, like Claude Code, rather than around them, and focuses on the parts of the SDLC that actually slow delivery down. It is also why your AI cost stays capped and predictable, not open-ended.
When should I talk to sales about Enterprise?
