Workflow

Change a status directly, with the reason on record

When the workflow cannot capture what has happened, set a story or task’s status directly. Every manual change is recorded, so it is clear who changed what and why.

• A Change Status control on story and task views, separate from the normal workflow steps
• A reason is required
• The item’s history shows the previous and new status with the reason

Backlog

Archive what is done, and bring it back if you need it

• Archiving a story takes its tasks with it and removes it from boards and the backlog
• An Archived Items view to browse and restore
• Bulk archive and restore from the backlog toolbar; admins can delete permanently

Testing

A sharper testing board

• Group and filter by phase, with QA coverage and metrics per phase
• Search stories by title or key, and reassign the tester from the board
• Numbered acceptance criteria and attachments on the card

Planning

Manage sprints, and assign work in bulk

• Rename and delete sprints, with guards so active work is not lost
• Bulk-assign tasks to a teammate from a story’s Tasks tab
